Cancellation Policy and Return
You may cancel the booking 12 hours prior to the time of the journey, with 15% cancellation charges for only Indian Trip . In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 12 hours of the pick-up time, then the following rules will apply:
1. Multi-Day Trip: The charge for the first day would be deducted from the total amount and refund will be issued to the user.
2. Single Day trip/ Airport transfer: No Refund will be issued to the user.
3. Airport transfer: No Cancellation Charges if Cancelled at least 2 hours prior to pickup time.
4. For the Nepal trip
If the traveler cancels the trip within 10 days of the booking date the amount will be refundable and cancellation charge would be 15 %
If the traveler cancels the trip after 10days of the booking date the cancelation charge would be 21 % of the total amount and the amounts of hotels will not be refundable.
Refunds

रद्दीकरण नीति और वापसी
आप यात्रा के समय से 12 घंटे पहले बुकिंग रद्द कर सकते हैं, केवल भारतीय यात्रा के लिए 15% रद्दीकरण शुल्क लगेगा। यदि पिक-अप समय के 12 घंटों के भीतर यात्रा रद्द करने या छोटा करने का अनुरोध किया जाता है, तो निम्नलिखित नियम लागू होंगे:
1. मल्टी-डे ट्रिप: पहले दिन का शुल्क कुल राशि से काट लिया जाएगा और उपयोगकर्ता को रिफंड जारी कर दिया जाएगा।
2. एक दिन की यात्रा/हवाई अड्डा स्थानांतरण: उपयोगकर्ता को कोई रिफंड जारी नहीं किया जाएगा।
3. हवाई अड्डा स्थानांतरण: पिकअप समय से कम से कम 2 घंटे पहले रद्द करने पर कोई रद्दीकरण शुल्क नहीं।
4. नेपाल यात्रा के लिए
यदि यात्री बुकिंग तिथि के 10 दिनों के भीतर यात्रा रद्द करता है तो राशि वापस कर दी जाएगी और रद्दीकरण शुल्क 15% होगा।
यदि यात्री बुकिंग तिथि के 10 दिनों के बाद यात्रा रद्द करता है तो रद्दीकरण शुल्क कुल राशि का 21% होगा और होटल की राशि वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
रिफंड
यदि आप उपरोक्त "रद्दीकरण और रिटर्न" नीति के आधार पर रिफंड के लिए पात्र हैं, तो रिफंड आपको 5-7 कार्य दिवसों में वापस भेज दिया जाएगा। किसी भी समस्या के मामले में, हमें यहां लिखें
